Personalized apple pies, at your service! If you have an airfryer, this is a must-have dessert recipe at your holiday gathering this year. They are bite-sized apple pies that are bursting with flavor! The cinnamon, apple pie spice coating make each bite out of this world! Feel free to make your own, homemade apple pie filling if you have the time – but if you are in a time crunch like most of us are during the holidays, feel free to opt for the canned, premade version!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 tsp. apple pie spice

  • 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (not flaky!)

  • 1 cup canned apple pie filling (cut the apples into small pieces)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the sugar & apple pie spice. Set aside.
  • Take the biscuits out of the can & peel each biscuit into two layers. With a rolling pin, roll out each layer of biscuit into about a 4-inch circle.
  • In a small bowl, combine the apple pie filling with cinnamon. This is when you can cut the apple pieces into smaller pieces. Mix until combined.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the apple pie filling mixture into the center of each rolled out biscuit circle.
  • Using your fingers, pull sides together and pinch to seal.
  • Spray the basket of your air fryer with nonstick cooking spray, and place the pie bites seal-side down into the air fryer about two inches apart from each other.
  • Air fryer at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While the bites are baking, melt butter in a small/medium sized bowl. Once the bites are baked and out of the airfryer, dip each bite into the melted butter & roll into the prepared apple spice/sugar mixture.
  • Serve immediately!
