Easter is one of my favorite holidays for many reasons – it brings back so many sweet childhood memories! Growing up, it seemed as if Easter almost always fell on Spring Break – so we were always in Florida with our entire family. For Easter Sunday, we would all go to mass & come back for an Easter feast! Also…my mom & her sisters would always go all-out when it came to Easter baskets & Easter egg hunts. It’s such a fun holiday when you’re growing up! When you’re an adult without kids, sure…it looks a little different and it’s not as magical – but I am always down for church and a post-church brunch! That’s what we are doing this year – and I’m so excited!

Today, we’re kicking-off Easter week sharing some recipes that will be a hit at your Easter brunch. They are easy to make, delicious – and great for gatherings. Be sure to tag me if you try anything! Happy Easter, friends! He is risen!

Easter Egg-Shaped Fruit Pizza

This was one of my favorite spring/summer dessert recipes that I grew up on! My mom always customizes this recipe depending on the occasion or season – which is what is so fun about it! Normally, we make it in a pizza pan (feel free to do that if you want to forego the egg shape!) – and deck it out with fruit filled with festive colors. Red, White & Blue fruit for Memorial Day or Fourth of July, and pretty spring colored fruit for Easter. This is a great dessert to make ahead of time, too – you can prep this about a day or two before and keep it refrigerated until it’s time to serve. Get the recipe here.

Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders

Another crowd favorite, easy-to-make breakfast or brunch recipe for a group comin’ at ya! I threw up this recipe on my IG stories this past Christmas, and y’all LOVED it! I knew it needed to make it on the blog. I mean, who doesn’t like Hawaiian rolls? They are sweet, fluffy & make the perfect base to a sandwich or slider….which is what we are making today! These sliders will go fast – so you might want to double your batch! I love this recipe because you can get creative with it, or customize it to your crowd. You can add different types of meats, veggies, or cheeses to please any crowd. Get the recipe here.

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Casserole

Your favorite breakfast sandwich, in baked form! This is truly one of the easiest casserole recipes I make – and it bakes fast, too! This casserole truly has a bite of bacon, egg, cheese & biscuit in every single bite. It’s great for large groups & great for a post-church or event brunch if you have everything prepped ahead of time. Get the recipe here.

Mimosa Bar

Because no adult brunch is complete without mimosas, right?! Jazz up your average mimosa with some different juice options like, the original orange juice, grapefruit juice, pink lemonade, pineapple & more. Set up your champagne flutes, champagne, and add some extra fresh fruit for garnish or added flavor. Here are some really pretty glass bottles you can use to display the juice in – Amazon prime next day. Cheers!
