When you think of a charcuterie board – you probably think of the traditional kind that’s packed with delicious meats, cheeses, dried fruits & nuts. Those are classic and always a a crowd favorite – but one thing I’ve loved doing lately is crafting a charcuterie board based around a holiday or theme – sometimes meats & cheeses aren’t involved at all!

With Valentine’s Day being this weekend, I thought it would be the perfect time to craft a Valentine’s or Gal-entine’s day themed board – packed with lots of red, pink, hearts, and sweets for days. This board was so much fun to make and was probably the easiest board I’ve crafted to date. Pretty much everything was pre-packaged and all I had to do was make it look pretty. My favorite board to use is one of The Reluctant Entertainer’s big boards – it’s huge, but is also never challenge to fill!

Here are a few fun themed suggestions to fill your Valentine’s Day board with, that I used as well. I hope you have a great time celebrating this weekend with your significant other or girlfriends!

xo, Stef
